We are couple from the US who relocated to San Miguel de Allende in January 2025.  We began our process of looking for and purchasing our home in February 2025 and we met Rocio while working with ReMax Colonial.  Rocio helped us look for our future home by considering our budget, the location, and the type of property we felt best met our needs.  She is very knowledgeable not only about the colonias of San Miguel, the fracctementos outside of San Miguel and Dolores Hidalgo when we were considering purchasing a home.  Rocio’s background as an attorney helped us understand the buying process and reviewing documents to make sure we were getting a good deal and that the seller’s documents were all in order.

Rocio speaks English well but also helped us to learn Spanish and customs to assimilate and become part of our new community and home.  We would highly recommend her knowledge and skills in supporting you for both renting and buying your next home!
